Email hello@keremcebi.co with a short description of what happened, the device you’re using (iOS / Android / web), and the approximate time of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings make a huge difference.

Common topics

  • Sign-in problems. Make sure you’re using the same email or sign-in method you originally registered with. If you can’t access that address anymore, email support and we’ll help you recover the account.
  • Rooms and sessions. If a room won’t open or a session won’t end cleanly, force-quit the app and re-open it. If the issue persists, send us the room name and roughly when it happened.
  • Notifications. Check your device’s notification permissions for Study Together. On iOS, also check Focus modes; on Android, check battery optimization for the app.
  • Billing. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or request a refund, use those stores’ support flows — we don’t process payments directly.

Report abuse or safety concerns

If you encounter harassment, inappropriate content, or anyone you believe to be a minor in an unsafe situation, email hello@keremcebi.co with as much detail as you can share. We review safety reports first.

Delete your account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Email hello@keremcebi.co from the address tied to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and process the deletion within 30 days.
